Wonderful Pistachios No Shells Jalapeño Lime

If you are looking for a snack that is portable, delicious, packed with protein and is a good source of fiber, Wonderful Pistachios checks all the boxes. I keep this on hand at all times in my pantry, and their newest flavor, Jalapeño Lime, has become my latest obsession. A little spicy, but not too spicy, it has the tang of lime with sea salt to balance out the pepper.

I am definitely trying this recipe for Pistachio Pesto:


  • 1/4 cup Wonderful Pistachios
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 1/2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup packed fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup EVOO
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon each kosher salt and ground pepper


  1. Add pistachios and garlic to a food processor and pulse until chopped.
  2. Add the spinach and basil and pulse until combined.
  3. Stream in the olive oil and process until smooth.
  4. Stir in the Parmesan Cheese and add salt and pepper.
