Holiday Entertaining

This is a sponsored post. All opinions are honest and my own as always!

We are in the home stretch of holiday entertaining, and many of us are exhausted and ready to throw in the towel. I have a few favorites that make holiday entertaining a snap whether the party is planned or impromptu.

Drinks

I love a festive holiday cocktail, but by this time I am pretty ready to take a break from the booze. There are a lot of non-alcoholic options out there, and I try to stock a few for every party. One I love is pretty simple- sparkling water and a variety of mixers like mango or cranberry juice accompanied by fruit slices. Creating a mocktail bar is a wonderful way to keep it light!

For non-alcoholic beer, Santa Clausthaler is the most festive option there is. It combines classic Clausthaler beer with cranberry and cinnamon. Clausthaler is consistently known as the best-tasting non-alcoholic beer out there, so you know this limited-edition festive brew is incredible.

Food

Have you heard of the grazing table trend? I tried this for my Friendsgiving and it was a huge hit! First, lay down butcher paper over your counter or table. Next, add some height with elevated trays, pedestals, or platters on top of overturned bowls. Then, add snacks throughout! Here are some that I use:

  • Crackers
  • Cheese- sliced and wedges
  • Salami
  • Pistachios
  • Smoked Salmon
  • Dried Fruit
  • Deviled Eggs
  • Veggies & Dip

I also cooked heartier appetizers from Farm Rich and inserted them throughout the table. They have my family’s favorites: mozzarella sticks, jalapeno poppers, cheese curds, and boneless buffalo chicken bites. I also keep these on hand in my freezer during holiday time for when I have surprise guests.

Dessert

My kids HAVE to have an ice cream cake for their birthdays every year. I remember during the beginning of COVID, you couldn’t find ice cream cakes anywhere, so I made my own! I keep it as easy as possible, though, and buy one from the freezer section at my grocery store.

I Love Ice Cream Cakes has a snowman cake that is perfect for your holiday get-together! It serves up to 12 and is ideal for all ages. If you want to create your own decoration, grab a Carvel cake from the store and some frosting, and you can pipe your own design or message.

Cheers to making holiday entertaining EASY, especially during the last few hectic days!
