Thank you to my kids for help with this flat lay! |
Snacks
Although my kids are 2 and 5, I have already started mom taxi mode. They have school, swim lessons at Goldfish, soccer and gymnastics. I rarely get a chance to actually EAT, and am incredibly grumpy if I forget. I love trying new snacks, and Degustabox always has a few new ones that I haven’t tried before. Here is what they sent this month:
popCORNers
Toosum Oatmeal Bars
BustaNUT!
Since my first child was a boy and my second was a girl, you can imagine how excited I was to have tea parties. I used the chutneys and cookies to host a proper English tea, complete with crowns and dresses.
Entenmann’s Little Bites
English Provender Chutneys (3 flavors)
Michel et Augustin Cookies (2 flavors)
Zolli Drops
I am obsessed with La Croix, so was excited to try this all natural tonic water with a dash of bitters (what IS bitters BTW?). I think this would make addition to a mojito!
Sparkling Bitters in Grapefruit Mint
Dinner
I LOVE trying out new meals, and couldn’t wait to try Hak’s Paks for an easy dinner. The fact that they are made with clean ingredients- all natural and I could identify every single ingredient as real food- was incredible.
Hak’s Pak- Rustic Ratatoullie
Sam Mills Gluten Free Corn Quinoa Fusilli
Nando’s PERi-PERi Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 Hak’s Paks Rustic Ratatouille
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 fresh basil leaves, minced for garnish (optional)
Directions: Preheat your oven to 375°. Place the chicken breast
into a hot pan with oil. Sear on one side. Turn over chicken and turn
off heat. Pour in rustic ratatouille sauce and top with parmesan cheese.
Cover with a lid and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove, plate
and garnish with basil. Salt to taste. Enjoy!
I made the fusilli to serve alongside the Chicken Parm and served the little bites chocolate muffins for dessert. The chicken took about 25 minutes total- prep + cook time! My husband AND kids loved it, I will definitely be purchasing this again. Dinner is DONE!
