Create an Easter Basket Photo Hunt!

One of the most enjoyable parts of being a parent is carrying on traditions or creating traditions to share with your family. This Easter, I decided to channel my mom and create an Easter basket hunt! Since my son isn’t even 3, I created photo clues and attached them to this adorable Peter Rabbit Easter Egg Hunt Kit to lead him to the final prize- his personalized Easter basket! He is just starting to recognize his name, so this is the perfect year to have these gorgeous Chasing Fireflies baskets arrive.

I am so thrilled to be able to carry on this tradition for my family, and the Chasing Fireflies products made it so incredibly special. I still remember my personalized Easter basket from when I was little- some things stick with you!

Here are some photos of our hunt. Bryson helped his little sister find her Easter basket as well! I took photos of his favorite places in the house: his train table, his race track, the popcorn machine, his sister’s crib, the bath tub, and his “secret hiding spot” for the very last clue. I printed them out and taped them to the Peter Rabbit Egg Hunt stakes. He will be 3 in June, and was able to follow every photo to the next clue. You can make it more or less complicated depending upon your child’s age. I put the stakes in potted plants or propped them amongst the toys.
