Travel Beauty Must-Haves
I am packing my beauty bags for a few trips in August and sharing a few of my favorite things with you! In addition to my travel cosmetics kit I have a few other beauty items that I pack.
Beauty.com is offering a FREE Ulla Johnson travel tote jam-packed with $140 of travel beauty products witha $100 Beauty.com purchase. FINALLY a tote that is big enough to encompass my whole travel beauty stash, and has adorable tassels to boot. Remember when you were in high school and SO thrilled that Clinique had the free gift with purchase? This is like that feeling, but a millions times better.
Wei Golden Root Purifying Mud Mask
One of my favorite things to do when I travel is pop on a sheet or mud mask at night, especially when I am on a beach vacation. Sun, salt and sand can take a toll on your skin, and keeping your face hydrated is key to returning home without looking like Magda from Something About Mary. This kit includes a purifying mud mask and the I Woke Up Like This mask (best name for a mask, ever).
I also love to experiment with different hairstyles on vacation because I have more time to actually DO my hair. I usually forego styling products because I can't find my favorites in travel sizes, but the Eprouvage Thickening & Plumping spray is ideal for a boost in humid climates. This Beachwaver Half Up hair tool is amazing- check out this video on how to get a gorgeous red carpet look in a minute.
Usually on vacation I am too tired to even move when I get back to the room. I always have an emergency stash of makeup wipes, and this Take Offz no-rinse wipe is the perfect size to pop in your carry on. Also included is a solid cleansing bar that eliminates the "is this over or under" game of liquids.
CC Cream is perfect for hitting the beach without a full face of makeup but evening out your skin tone for those umbrella drink selfies. The Juice Beauty CC Cream in this bonus bag costs $39 for a full size, so major score as a travel size free gift.
What are your favorite, must-have beauty products for travel? Are you a minimalist or do you bring everything but the kitchen sink?
